Abacus Technology is seeking a Logistician to provide acquisition support for the Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TAAS) program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.
10+ years experience in acquisition and logistics support. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase. Experience integrating complex system of systems and problem solving. Extensive knowledge of DoD Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) including experience investigating, requesting investigative documents, reading and understanding intelligence reporting from across the IC on JWICS, and working with counterintelligence experts to protect programs. Comfortable participating in classified discussions and disseminating information at appropriate classification levels. Extensive experience with defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000. Knowledge of the DoD’s integrated product support element structure. Able to lead a project team in completing complex projects. Knowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systems. Broad knowledge of the organization and functions of activities involved in providing logistical support. Able to coordinate and evaluate the efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and to develop and adjust plans and schedules for the actions needed to meet each requirement on time. Able to integrate the separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management program. Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project team. Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Visio and Project. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
