Abacus Technology is seeking a HR/Benefits Coordinator to support the Corporate HR team in performing the day-to-day functions for multi-national and international government contracting firm. This is a full-time position.
3-4 years’ experience in an HR or Benefits role. Bachelor’s degree in a human resources or related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Well-versed in ADP Workforce Now, reporting and analyzing employee data. Must have excellent attention to detail, superior organizational and customer service skills, and exercise confidentiality with sensitive employment data and issues. Able to work independently and be a team player. Must be self-motivated to see projects through to completion. Excellent attitude and willingness to grow and develop in HR role. Proficient in MS Office suite. Good understanding of state and federal employment law and regulations, highly desirable. Must be a US citizen.
