Abacus Technology is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support for Fort Johnson. This is a full-time position.
5+ years experience providing technical support for a variety of IT issues. HS diploma or GED. Must be Security+ certified. ITIL v4 Foundations training or certification preferred. Extensive experience with MS Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 and other common desktop applications and operating systems. Knowledge and experience communicating application support concepts to technical and non-technical personnel. Able to develop technical documents and produce system documentation. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work within the confines of a set time schedule. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
