Abacus Technology is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for Picatinny Arsenal. This is a full-time position.
5+ years experience performing enterprise service desk support duties in a large, complex classified/unclassified network environment. HS diploma or GED. Must be Security+ certified. Extensive experience with MS Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 and other common desktop applications and operating systems. Knowledge and experience communicating desktop support concepts to technical and non-technical personnel. Able to develop technical documents and produce system design documentation. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work within the confines of a set time schedule. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
