Abacus Technology is seeking an HR/Benefits Coordinator to support the Corporate HR team in performing the day-to-day functions for multi-national government contracting firm. This position would provide an excellent opportunity to build knowledge and experience in all areas of human resources in a Corporate setting.
3-4 years’ experience in an HR or Benefits role. Bachelor’s degree in a human resources or related field; degree may be substituted for experience. PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus. Well-versed in ADP Workforce Now, reporting and analyzing employee data. Must have excellent attention to detail, superior organizational and customer service skills, and exercise confidentiality with sensitive employment data and issues. Able to work independently and be a team player. Must be self-motivated to see projects through to completion. Excellent attitude and willingness to grow and develop in HR role. Proficient in MS Office suite. Good understanding of state and federal employment law and regulations, highly desirable. Must be a US citizen.
