  • Overview

    Abacus Technology is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to provide technical support for the Pentagon.  This is a full-time position.

    Responsibilities

    Support the cybersecurity personnel, applications, and appliances employed to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, to include but not limited to: FISMA Compliance; DoDI 8510.01 RMF Compliance; Ports, PPSM Compliance; DoD Cyber Scorecard Compliance; Vulnerability Scanning and Analysis; IT Personnel Security Auditing.  Develop technical documentation and presentations that are cybersecurity related.  Provide incident response support to include intrusion detection and classified spills.  Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for customers.  Ensure the continuous auditing of eMASS.  Manage the distribution of tasks with the respective stakeholders to maintain the ATO.

    Qualifications

    4+ years experience in a cyber security role.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Must be IAM Level II certified (e.g. CASP CE, CAP, CISM, CISSP, GSLC) in accordance with DoDD 8140.01 and DoD 8570.01M.  In-depth knowledge of DoD’s Risk Management Framework.  Experience with vulnerability analysis and intrusion detection.  Experience developing and presenting cyber security training to customers and end users.  Must have expert knowledge of NIST, DoD, and Army applicable Security Regulations.  Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to work in a multi-disciplined environment with an adaptive personality.  Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.  Analytical skills to troubleshoot IA issues.  Must be able to apply intensive and diverse knowledge to problems and make independent decisions.  Must be a team player able to work professionally and collaboratively with the government customer and other contract members of the project team.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client focus.  Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
