    Abacus Technology is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to support and oversee the Enterprise Attribute Store (EAS), an attribute repository populated from multiple authoritative sources to be used for authorization decisions by Air Force Mission Applications.  This is a full-time position within the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate under the ETASS program at Hanscom AFB.


    Understand and make clear to HNII technical and programmatic leadership the progress being made toward completing the requirements set forth in the ELS/EAS Performance Work Statement.  Review Logical Data Models of EAS and source systems.  Assess risks associated with poor data quality in EAS and source systems and identifying opportunities for data cleansing in EAS and source systems.  Review contract deliverables under the ELS/EAS contract.  Write ETASS II contract documents A002 and A003 related to EAS and source data and data models, as required.  Review, evaluate, and comment on Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).


    12+ years experience supporting and managing large scale data repositories.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Must possess strong knowledge of the principles, methods and tools required to integrate data from multiple sources into a cohesive structure, including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), data quality assessment, data quality remediation, data provenance.  Possess strong analytical and communication skills and be highly proficient with MS Office products, especially Excel, Visio, and Word.  Must have good verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to work as part of a team or independently.  Must be a US Citizen.
