Abacus Technology is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to assist the government with policy management for security at Fort Bragg. This is a full-time position.
Ensure all network user account documentation is complete and accurate for the installation unit/organizations when processing account requests and other actions. Ensure all personnel have registered and have profiles in the ATCTS. Assist the government to verify that installation personnel have uploaded the aforementioned assignment orders, user and privileged user agreements to ATCTS profile. Maintain and monitor the cyber security training records in ATCTS; verify, validate, and monitor the records in ATCTS for compliance. Provide weekly reports for cyber security training and certification status; support for all areas of cyber security compliance reporting for higher headquarters; prepare and/or submit cyber security reports. Support the Government with the DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF) program and the Cybersecurity Inspection Program. Prepare the cyber security quarterly newsletter and monthly cyber security teleconference. Modify the cyber security Training and Certification to comply with Best Business Practice and user procedure guides. Monitor compliance with cyber security policies and procedures across the installation. Serve as the SME for customer population relating to ATCTS and cyber security training. Identify and report potential cyber security issues to the Government.
6+ years experience in an information assurance or cyber security role. Must be CAP or Security+ CE certified. Knowledge of cyber security terminology, policy, procedures, and regulations. Experience with DIACAP, Risk Management Framework (RMF), eMass, and STIGs. Familiarity with development/architecture for apps and services, and testing and administration preferred. Understanding of system audit principles and security risk assessment. Familiar with Federal government and DOD standards for IA/security including DIACAP, FISMA, NIST, and OMB. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
