    Abacus Technology is seeking a Remedy Business Analyst to develop audits for asset management and configuration/performance baselines for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Hanscom AFB.  This is a full-time position.


    Support the continuing to maturation of the Enterprise Service Transition processes as defined by AF-ITSM.  Leverage organic government and contractor resources to implement enterprise configuration and change management capabilities applied to cyber weapon systems.  Develop/implement Enterprise IT Service Management technical process engineering.  Develop/implement enterprise configuration baselines, partnering with fielding program offices.  Integrate business processes into existing technology/processes.  Work with PMOs to establish infrastructure baselines with current technology.  Conduct enterprise auditing to identify baseline drift reducing outages/technician workload through automation.


    5+ years experience in system and data analysis and performance metrics.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.  Experience with structured business, system, and data analysis.  Must be proficient in all aspects of the software development life cycle and have an understanding of agile development.  Able to adapt to the customer environment and develop an understanding of the business.  Comfortable interacting independently and being co-located with clients and end users.  Possess a wide range of business and technical skills to assess current state of systems and architecture, as well as future needs.  Strong written and verbal communication skills is required.  Able to work with business users as well as technical staff.  Requires an active department of defense secret security clearance and a CompTIA Security+ certification.
