The Abacus Team is seeking ServiceNow Administrators/Developers to assist with application development and workflow configuration of ServiceNow. These are full-time positions.
Education:
Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is desired.
Experience and Skills:
Must possess at least 5 years of experience administering, developing, and implementing ITSM solutions spanning applications, reporting, dashboards, etc., including at least 3 years of experience administering ServiceNow ad/or developing ServiceNow applications. Experience must include:
Must also have experience with other, related development environments, such as JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, etc. Experience must include hands on experience administering a ServiceNow instance. Must have experience using ITSM IT ticketing system (experience with ServiceNow ticketing is desired). Must have outstanding customer service skills and very good communications skills to communicate technical information to non-technical users and elicit requirements from business and other IT users. Certifications related to ServiceNow, such as ServiceNow Administrator (preferred), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist a plus.
Must be a US Citizen. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified or Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information. Position may require a current/active Public Trust.
