    Abacus Technology is seeking a TCO Support Technician to support mobile devices for the AFRL Rocket Lab at Edwards AFB.  This is a full-time position.


    Track, manage, and troubleshoot telephones, cellphones, smartphones, mobile hotspots, jetpacks, and modems.  Maintain and update inventory database.  Coordinate repairs with third party vendors.  Document issues in a trouble ticket system.


    0-2 years experience in a help desk or technical support role.  Experience providing technical support for mobile devices.  In-depth knowledge of current telephone, cellphone, and smartphone hardware.  Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills.  Familiarity with a trouble ticket system such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar tool.  Solid customer service skills, including good communication and the ability to demonstrate professionalism.  Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
