  • Overview

    Abacus Technology is seeking a Web Project Planner to support project management for web development tasks within the Intelligence Community.  This is a full-time position.

     

    DULUTH EIT SERVICES:  Abacus Technology is hiring immediately for a recently-awarded large, long-term program.  Full Scope Polygraph is required. Abacus has been selected as a subcontractor to provide regional enterprise IT services and devices to the end-user workforce of a large Government agency located across the Northeastern United States. IT Services include campus area networks and local area networks supporting end user desktop/laptop/tablet, phone, printers, copiers, and wireless devices. DULUTH interacts with a Global Service Desk and provides data and status for regional enterprise services.

    Responsibilities

    Provide management and direction for all Web Services Project teams.  Work with government management to collect and analyze metrics.  Assist in establishing and evolving web design processes and procedures.  Coordinate rough order magnitudes (ROMs) and other engineering estimates.  Ensure security compliance.  Report on project financials and status, metrics on efficiencies and effectiveness, and the acquisition and utilization of company resources to achieve project objectives.  Manage the relationship with government customers, collaborate with government management, and interface with and represent the web services team as necessary.  

    Qualifications

    5+ years experience in project management and web development/implementation.  Bachelor's degree in a related field.  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.  Must have extensive experience in supporting web-related projects.  Experience with strategic planning a plus.  Experience with MS Project and Office Suite.  Must have proven customer service experience.  Able to work independently or as part of team and to interact professionally within all levels of an organization.  Experience supporting Intelligence Community customers is desired.  Must be a US citizen and hold an active/current TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
