Abacus Technology is seeking a Web Project Planner to support project management for web development tasks within the Intelligence Community.  This is a full-time position.


This is a prospective position that we’ve posted with the intention of building a pipeline of candidates based on submitted proposals and pending contract awards.


Provide management and direction for all Web Services Project teams.  Work with government management to collect and analyze metrics.  Assist in establishing and evolving web design processes and procedures.  Coordinate rough order magnitudes (ROMs) and other engineering estimates.  Ensure security compliance.  Report on project financials and status, metrics on efficiencies and effectiveness, and the acquisition and utilization of company resources to achieve project objectives.  Manage the relationship with government customers, collaborate with government management, and interface with and represent the web services team as necessary.  


5+ years experience in project management and web development/implementation.  Bachelor's degree in a related field.  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.  Must have extensive experience in supporting web-related projects.  Experience with strategic planning a plus.  Experience with MS Project and Office Suite.  Must have proven customer service experience.  Able to work independently or as part of team and to interact professionally within all levels of an organization.  Experience supporting Intelligence Community customers is desired.  Must be a US citizen and hold a minimum of a Top Secret clearance.
