Abacus Technology is seeking a Web Operations Lead to support web services within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position.
This is a prospective position that we’ve posted with the intention of building a pipeline of candidates based on submitted proposals and pending contract awards.
Provide overall management of all web services tickets and Web Operations Support team activities. Work closely with the Web Project Planner and Web Developer Lead to ensure any tickets that are beyond the scope of the Web Operations Support Team are either remedied with the Web Development Team or turned over to the WPMO as projects.
5+ years experience in web development and implementation. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience providing web help desk support. Experience with MS Project and Office Suite. Must have proven customer service experience. Able to work independently or as part of team and to interact professionally within all levels of an organization. Experience supporting Intelligence Community customers is desired. Must be a US citizen and hold a minimum of a Top Secret clearance.
