    Abacus Technology is seeking an Incident Controller to coordinate major incidents with cloud services providers. This is a full-time position.


    DULUTH EIT SERVICES:  Abacus Technology is hiring immediately for a recently-awarded large, long-term program.  Full Scope Polygraph is required. Abacus has been selected as a subcontractor to provide regional enterprise IT services and devices to the end-user workforce of a large Government agency located across the Northeastern United States. IT Services include campus area networks and local area networks supporting end user desktop/laptop/tablet, phone, printers, copiers, and wireless devices. DULUTH interacts with a Global Service Desk and provides data and status for regional enterprise services.


    Responsible for coordinating major incidents with cloud service providers. Provide notification of major incidents and status to stakeholders. Coordinate emergency change requests, monitor incident records not resolved between multiple service providers, that are past due or have changed priorities.  Responsible for quality control of all externally resolved incident records. Facilitates all after action reports and closes out major incidents.


    Multiple positions available to include Junior (1-3 years experience), Mid (4-6 years experience), and Senior (6+ years experience) levels.  Must be ITIL Practitioner certified and able to meet IAT 8570 Level II certification requirements.  Must be a US citizen and hold an active/current TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
