Overview

Abacus Technology is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to gather, review, assess, and develop briefings and reports related to strategic information.  This is a full-time position.

 

This is a prospective position that we’ve posted with the intention of building a pipeline of candidates based on submitted proposals and pending contract awards. 

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, and assess cultural, military, economic, political, social, and security related data to provide reports and assessments pertaining to national security and foreign policy.  Utilize SIGINT, GEOMINT, and/or HUMINT collection systems and data to conduct analysis.  Facilitate meetings and work groups as necessary.  Prepare written and oral briefings, assessments, and reports to key decision makers of current events based on collection system data, research, and analysis.  Provide support to mission or exercise planning if requested.  Promote information sharing and collaboration when possible.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in an intelligence analysis role.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding or statistical and data analysis as well as intelligence policies and procedures.  Knowledge of collection requirements and experience driving collection and identifying collection gaps.  Able to deliver innovative, flexible, and integrated solutions to meet changing business needs.  Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.  Willing to collaborate between teams, and agencies to provide the most accurate data and analysis.  Able to communicate with all levels of an organization.  Must be a US Citizen.
