Abacus Technology is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to provide design, development, and administration for websites both internal and external built in SharePoint for an enterprise level environment. Abacus provides network and telecommunication support to the USAF for the EVCITS program. This is a full-time position in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Administer and maintain both the SharePoint and public web servers as well as the development of the sites for the Eskan Village mission sets. Install, configure, maintain, upgrade and manage SharePoint Servers. Configure service applications such as Search, Metadata, User Profile and Synchronization. Assign proper permission levels for all users of the site. Provide support and guidance to customer personnel who will maintain their own content for the various SharePoint sites. Provide training for new customer personnel on how to manage their SharePoint site on an as needed basis and during yearly refresher training.
5+ years in a SharePoint administrator or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Must be able to meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements. Proficient with MS Office. Able to communicate with management, technical staff and end users in a clear and professional manner. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance and willing to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
