    Abacus Technology is seeking a Program Management Support Analyst to support a cohesive agency-wide program related to both FISCAM and FISMA controls.  This is a full-time position.


    DULUTH EIT SERVICES:  Abacus Technology is hiring immediately for a recently-awarded large, long-term program.  Full Scope Polygraph is required. Abacus has been selected as a subcontractor to provide regional enterprise IT services and devices to the end-user workforce of a large Government agency located across the Northeastern United States. IT Services include campus area networks and local area networks supporting end user desktop/laptop/tablet, phone, printers, copiers, and wireless devices. DULUTH interacts with a Global Service Desk and provides data and status for regional enterprise services.


    • Support the Directorate.
    • Assist the government with Program Management (Cost, Schedule, Performance, and Communications).
    • Monitor and coordinate program resource allocations.
    • Support Government representatives at meetings.


    5+ years experience in program or project coordination and support.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Experience supporting IC elements/DoD.  Experience in the area of Federal Information System Control Audit Manual (FISCAM).  Assist in the development management level briefings and present briefings when necessary.  Demonstrate problem solving skills that demonstrate a broad understanding of DoD/IC IT portfolio management and cost estimating principles.  Understanding or previous experience with commercial practices.  Experience in the following areas desired: generating detailed work in the Intelligence Community (IC); ensuring cohesive agency-wide program development and execution; assisting with policy and process changes; conducting performance assessments; assisting with resource management oversight; and assisting with budget execution.  Able to work as part of an integrated Property Accountability, IT systems, and Financial reporting team to include direct interfacing with program offices.  Able to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.  Must be a fast learner with good analytical skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to one’s duties and responsibilities.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Must be a US citizen and hold an active/current TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
