Abacus Technology is seeking a Project Manager to oversee communication and documentation for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) OneNet program. This is a full-time position.
Manage and maintain the OneNet Central Document Repository. Oversee the compilation, version control, storage, and management, dissemination of all the associated activities of the OneNet Program including relevant historical documents. Provide SharePoint access to the Tier I, II, and III teams for CR, SR, and ECR real-time updates. Keep the OneNet Central Document Repository updated.
7+ years experience managing technical documentation. Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired. Must have extensive experience with technical writing. Experience with MS SharePoint highly desirable. ITIL and CMMI experience is highly desirable. Must be comfortable with MS Office tools. Must have ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with management and peers. Excellent customer interface, coordination, and organizational skills. Able to demonstrate independent judgment and the flexibility to accurately coordinate multiple projects. Previous experience supporting DHS highly desirable. Must be a US citizen.
