Abacus Technology is seeking an IA Policy and Compliance Manager/Analyst to support security solutions for enterprise systems within the CASC program at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time position.
Support design, development, and make recommendations for integrated security system solutions that will ensure proprietary and confidential data and systems are protected. Provide technical engineering services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions. Provide support and/or engineering solutions to leverage knowledge of malware trends and behavior. Support cyberspace defense/offense on multiple cyber weapon systems. Provide research, review, development and refinement to cyber weapon system integration and defense. Configure and validate secure complex systems and test security products and systems to detect security weaknesses.
10+ years experience in counter terrorism, DoD risk management concepts and AFIN as well as 6+ years experience with network protocols, system design, reverse engineering and network security tools; and/or information assurance and Cybersecurity engineering, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and related security controls. Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired. Must be Security+ or CCNA-Security certified. Additional work-related certifications such as CISSP, Network+, or CEH a plus. Must have eMASS training or certification and ATO level II training. Experience with DoD Cybersecurity compliance and certification processes and building, modifying, and managing DIACAP and RMF packages and artifacts for IA and Cyber certification and compliance throughout the acquisition life cycle is highly desired. Experience in working with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS). Must have a solid understanding of network infrastructure and mission assurance. Familiar with Federal government and DOD standards for IA/security including DIACAP, FISMA, NIST, and OMB. Must have solid communications skills and be capable of working with all levels of an organization. Must be a US Citizen and hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI.
