Abacus Technology is seeking a Command and Control (C2) Systems Operations Analyst to provide support for the CASC program at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time position.
Prepare intelligence documents through intelligence gathering using multiple intelligence sources. Support the processing of information about situations and entities of strategic, operational or tactical importance; characterizes possible future actions and identifies possible courses of action or remedies. Analyze and report on incoming reports and messages, determining significance and reliability of incoming information. Integrate incoming intelligence and operational information. Identify issues and concerns and escalate as appropriate. Recommend changes, and where appropriate, courses of action. Identify critical strategic issues through review of information created. Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products. Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation. Perform assessments of cyber warfighting capability and the utility of new and emerging technologies. Institute and document a formal planning process to analyze assigned missions for capability gaps in CNO capabilities and recommend solutions.
7+ years experience in: C2 concept management, operations planning and strategic/tactical planning and analysis, Project Management; Software Engineering. Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired. Must have experience in Command and Control operations to include planning and execution experience. Able to adapt to the customer environment and interact heavily with clients and end users to assess current state of systems and architecture, as well as future needs. Attitude, adaptability, and ability to learn are paramount. Exposure to project management preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be a US Citizen and hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI.
