Overview

Abacus Technology is seeking a Risk Manager to provide support to the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate for the ETASS program at Hanscom AFB.  This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Assist the BACN Risk, Opportunity, and Issue lead, when necessary.  Establish and maintain the Risk Management Plans for ANGI, CID Server, and FEURY.  Work with all functional disciplines to determine and document all risks, opportunities, and issues, as well as the mitigation/execution plans. 

Qualifications

5+ years experience in risk management.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Must have strong background and experience defining, developing, implementing, maintaining, and reporting on Risk Management engineering functions.  Must have experience with risk, opportunity, and issue management as they related to JUON/UON/Quick Reaction Capability acquisitions, OCONUS operations, electronics/communications equipment and software, and aircraft.  Familiar with Air Force Risk, Opportunity, and Issue Management documentation, regulations, and procedures.  Knowledge of IT systems and networks desired.  Familiarity with DoD/Federal acquisition processes including applicable regulations and protocols.  Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) a plus.  Experience with AF communication and IT infrastructure.  Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint.  Must be able to work as part of a team or independently.  Able to work well under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Able to perform work involving the research, definition of scope, and selection of problem investigation for subject areas as directed.  Excellent interpersonal skills to include the ability to deal with high-ranking military officers and civilians.  Must be willing to travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites when necessary.  Must be a US Citizen and hold an active Secret clearance.
