Abacus Technology is seeking a Logistician to provide acquisition support for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.
Provide life cycle sustainment planning for Global Aircrew Strategic Nuclear Terminal (Global-ASNT). Develop and acquire MILSATCOM terminal life cycle sustainment products and services to include product support verification and fielding of initial training, supplies, support equipment, technical data and other required materials to fully implement program plans. Direct, develop, or perform enterprise logistics management that involve analyzing, coordinating, or evaluating the necessary actions required to create an enterprise support posture for AEHF capability, system or sub-system for designated programs. Develop and execute the Material Fielding Plan for new Air Force MILSATCOM terminals. Provide weapon system health monitoring, reporting, and analysis. Support equipment/hand tool requirements determination process and coordination with stakeholder organizations. Perform duties required for Depot Maintenance Activation Working Groups. Support performance based logistics contracts designed for sustainment and operational employment of Air Force Weapon Systems. Provide technical order development/verification and delivery for MILSATCOM systems in accordance with USAF guidance. Identify and document product support requirements for new program startup.
5+ years experience in logistics and acquisition support. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience with Federal and DOD regulations as they pertain to acquisitions and logistics. Site Activation Task Force experience supporting requirements development and supporting strategies for new equipment deployments. Experience with electronic/communications equipment maintenance operations for military systems. Experience with DSOR/SORA process management. Knowledge of quality assurance standards for advanced SATCOM systems. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management for Contractor Supported Weapon Systems. Experience with procurement and fielding of contractor developed training devices, simulators, and training syllabi supporting initial filed operations as well as schoolhouse standup where appropriate. Experience with Depot and Organizational-level maintenance planning, development and execution for fixed and transportable MlLSATCOM systems. Knowledge of the Title 10 Law regarding Core and 50/50 requirements and Depot Activation. Capable of producing and maintaining well-written documentation to meet management and contract requirements. Familiar with the full life cycle of the procurement process. Must be organized and detail oriented. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and demonstrate strong customer service skills. Must be a US Citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
