Abacus Technology is seeking a Production Manager to serve as the general manager for an enterprise contract within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position.
Serve as the on-site general manager for an enterprise contract. Maintain overall responsibility for contractor performance, schedule, cost, and Government customer satisfaction of all contractual requirements. Manage all contractor employees. Support production tracking and reporting to the COTR. Respond to and implement Government requirements as directed by the COTR and serve as the primary interface with the COTR, track production metrics and reports, and ensure Contractor adherence to Government security requirements, policies, and procedures. Monitor overall workflow, quality, capacity, and timeliness. Recommend and implement corporate industry best business practices and positive customer referral (repeat business). Partner with the COTR to identify and remove impediments and inefficiencies in business processes to improve service delivery and maximize return on investment (ROI) through: increased efficiency, lower operational costs, and higher customer satisfaction. Participate in all strategic planning and CPI efforts.
5+ years experience in project management and the multimedia production field. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired. Must have extensive experience in a media environment. Experience with strategic planning a plus. Experience with MS Project and Office Suite. Must have proven customer service experience. Able to work independently or as part of team and to interact professionally within all levels of an organization. Experience supporting Intelligence Community customers is desired. Must be a US citizen and hold a minimum of a Top Secret clearance.
